Hellermann Tyton North America
HellermannTyton's Two Piece Edge Clip with Cable Tie Assemblies are designed specifically to route bundles by securing them to the edge of a plastic or metal sheet without the need for a mounting hole. The clip is easy to secure and the extraction force is high due to the integrated metal clamp that holds the edge clip in place. EC4B orientation allows cables to run perpendicular to the edge. The low profile cable tie features a compact, contoured head that uses less space in confined areas and reduces protrusions that might otherwise interfere with or damage adjacent wire insulation and hoses. The outside serration provides a smooth inside surface to further minimize indentation or damage to soft bundles while offering high tensile strength and low insertion force. The cable tie and edge clip assembly is ideal for use where holes are not acceptable or where adhesives will fail due to temperature extremes. Edge clips are widely used for attaching cables and wires within automotive, trucking, heavy equipment, solar panel, wind power and white goods equipment manufacturing.
