Hellermann Tyton North America
The AT2000 CPK automatic cable tying system adapts to any industrial workflow. It excels in high-volume automatic bundling applications – especially where precision and repeatability are critical. The tool is electronically operated. Cycle rate is adjustable between 0.8 and 1.4 seconds, depending on what’s best for the application. With a pull of the trigger, the tool applies an 18 lb. cable tie around a wire or tube bundle and is instantly ready to apply the next. Cable ties are available on 50-piece bandoliers and 5,000-piece reels. The AT2000 CPK uses two discreet drive motors. One motor delivers the tie, the other controls tension. Tension consistency is monitored in the software – especially useful when verification is required. Configurable blade enables the AT2000 CPK to cut cable ties flush or with a tail, depending on application requirements. An onboard TFT display shows production data, fault diagnostics and device control in 19 languages. Accessories are available to enhance the tool's efficiency in various workflows from hand operated to fully automated. Specially manufactured to comply with Military Specification MS3367-4-9, Class 2 and SAE AS-33671.
