The Autotool System ATS flex is an automated and electric cable tying system. It has been developed to speed up bundling processes and operates waste-free. The advantage of three quick-changeable jaw sizes allows the Autotool System ATS flex to adapt perfectly to different bundle diameters up to ø 100 mm. With either the Bench mount kit ATS or the Overhead suspension ATS, the Autoool System ATS flex is suitable for both stationary and flexible applications. The Autotool System ATS flex can also be integrated into fully automated production lines. Custom designed jaws are available to enable bundling of foot parts on production lines. |

| Description | The ATS Flex is an automated cable tying system. It speeds the bundling of wire harnesses and tubes up to 100 mm in diameter. Its continuous strap combines with a separate closure to operate waste free. With three included, quick-change jaw sizes (30, 50 and 80 mm), the tools automatically adapts perfectly to varying bundle diameters. Paired with an optional bench mount kit, the ATS Flex can be used in a stationary workflow, freeing both hands while using a foot pedal to trigger the tool. The overhead suspension accessory reduces arm fatigue. The ATS Flex can also be integrated into fully automated production lines. Power is supplied through a separate power pack. Input: 110-120 VAC, 50-60Hz, Output: 24 VDC max. 100 W. |
