HellermannTyton Ultra Conduit Fittings Deliver Ultimate Integrity, Convenience

Nonmetallic, one-piece conduit fittings eliminate need for multiple parts.

MILWAUKEE - HellermannTyton announces an extension to its HelaGuard family of conduit and fittings. HelaGuard Ultra™ Fittings are a line of nonmetallic conduit fittings designed to deliver the highest system integrity in the industry. Developed based on input from installers working in technically demanding environments, the Ultra Fittings differentiator is that all the typical separate parts of a fitting come in a single package. With the conduit insert and sealing washer preinstalled, and the locknut included, no more preassembly, and no more “forgot-to-purchase” parts. This significantly reduces installation time and labor.

“The Ultra Fittings rollout represents our constant commitment to observing how installers use our products so we can improve the experience,” said HellermannTyton Product Manager Duane Kuske. “Anytime a new product can offer greater reliability and simplicity, it’s a great step forward for the industry.”

The fitting has fast, snap-on simplicity. Performance wise, Ultra Fittings feature integrated sealing technology to provide rigorous IP66 through IP69K ingress protection with both fine- and coarse-pitch conduit. They deliver the highest tensile strength on the market. PA66 nylon ensures resistance against salts, oils, weak acids and solvents. Ultra Fittings have been engineered to withstand vibration, constant movement, impact and abrasion.

The line includes straight, 45-degree and 90-degree configurations with a choice of metric or NPT threads. Ultra Fittings are ideal for rail, sea and industrial applications, including those areas prone to UV and extreme weather exposure or power washing.
