Locking Jacks
HellermannTyton’s Category 5e Inter-Lock outlet provides a quick and effective method of controlling network access. Used with HellermannTyton single gang shuttered faceplates, the Inter-Lock outlet is easy to use. A simple turn of the key is all it takes to enable or disable LAN access by cutting off electrical connection to the orange wire, pin #2. Supplied with two keys per outlet, the key cannot be removed while in the “on” position.
