HellermannTyton to Expand Operations in Milwaukee, WI
Expansion Part of Consolidation Plans in United States

Milwaukee, WI - HellermannTyton North America, headquartered in Milwaukee, WI, announces plans to expand operations in Milwaukee, while consolidating its facilities in the United States. The company has purchased a building close to its corporate headquarters to enable expansion of its manufacturing and assembly operations. HellermannTyton will be closing its Naples, Florida facility as part of a strategic decision to enable future growth plans from a centralized location.
Jim Campion, President of HellermannTyton North America, says, "As we review our aggressive growth plans for the next several years, we decided to centralize our manufacturing operations in the United States so that we are ultimately better able to serve our customers. We are able to streamline product development, manufacturing, and distribution activities and also draw from an experienced manufacturing labor pool located in Milwaukee."
Distribution for all products previously manufactured and shipped from Naples will be shipped from the company's main distribution facility in Bolingbrook, IL.
Campion continues, "We have been extremely pleased with the high performance of the people and the plant in Naples. However, this consolidation was necessary to enable our future growth."
The consolidation is expected to be completed by year-end, 2007. Over 100 jobs will be created between Milwaukee and Bolingbrook as a result of the initiative.
