HellermannTyton introduces the Circular Fir Tree Push Mount tie to its extensive line of fasteners. This unique push mount fir tree tie is designed to provide one mounting solution for a wide range of applications with various panel thicknesses. The tie is ideally suited to mount wire harnesses in conventional panel, threaded, and blind assembly holes. The Circular Free Tree Push Mount tie features an extended tie head with dual clamp rails, creating a superior hold on a vast array of wire harness assembly designs. The rails assist in providing a secure hold on bundles ranging from a small gauge wire to large bundle diameters protected in convoluted tubing.
The Circular Fir Tree Push Mount Tie features grips at the end of strap to create a stronger hold for the harness operator during the installation. This strong hold improves assembly accuracy and cycle time reduction. The tie also provides one of the lowest push in and highest pull out forces in the industry. The low pull out force equates to improved ergonomics in wire harness installations. While the high pull out force provides robust longevity of the wire harness in its final application.
