This is a newly created management position to allow the company to expand its opportunities in the renewable energies marketplace. The Manager will be responsible for the strategic direction and execution of plans to grow the company’s market share in this green field. This position requires a technically sound individual who can further develop business with key and target customers. Interaction with the customer is necessary; therefore, the candidate should be aware of the extensive travel involved with this position; however, the candidate may work from their home office located within the US. Some of the responsibilities of this position are:
A qualified candidate will have a B.A/B.S, along with five or more years of experience in a senior product management or business development role with a manufacturer in a business-to-business channel. Sales and/or engineering experience will be an asset and proven experience specifiying new products is required. Must be highly organized and have the ability to complete a project within the specified timeframe and within budget constraints. An individual with CRM systems experience is preferred.
